Rolling Cones SmokeShop

Here is a site that I made for a clients smoke shop. I created the logo for web use, referencing the logo that they gave me on their business card. I took a couple of pictures in the shop to use for the image slider. I created multiple sections on the site, to show off some of the products and brands they sell, and to display needed information like contact and frequently asked questions. Project Link

Magazine Illustration

Adobe PhotoShop | Adobe Illustrator

In my PhotoShop class, I created a cohesive magazine cover by merging multiple images. I used many filters, fonts, and techniques throughout my design. Specifically, I used hand-painted shadows beneath the skateboarder. The text placement and visual depth were most prominent in the title and were accomplished by using many layers. This mock-up creation was an enjoyable challenge of design techniques, from image merging to typography. This project blended my creativity with digital art.

Album Cover Illustration

In 'Midnight Sun,' I used a nighttime shot and added a sun and Rock and Roll sign in the back. This imagery was added to mirror the name of the band and to highlight the genre of music. The background photos were added separately. I seamlessly merged the nighttime sky and mountain images while also adding texture to the mountain layer. I then added the album and band name text using a font that contributed to the theme of the design. I finished the design by adding a parental advisory sticker at the bottom right.

Photo Restoration

Adobe PhotoShop

This was a personal project I did as a gift for a family member, I took a picture of the old photo and restored it. I took a picture of the photo, put it in PhotoShop and put a new background behind it as well as remove the cracks and stains from the image. I also fixed a few lighting issues and then I added in the name above.
